Field Technician

Job Description:

Power Pros is seeking an experienced, Journeyman Level Field Technician to support the local region on deployment of telecommunications-related projects.

Responsibilities:

• The main purpose of this field position is the installation, configuration, and maintenance of microwave, multiplex, fiber optic and other auxiliary equipment.
• Call outs for emergency repair are required for the job.

Experience and Education

• Applicant must be of a journeyman level and possess a valid driver's license. The applicant must have current experience in installation and maintenance of microwave, multiplex, fiber optic, voice and data networks. Must have the requisite ability to complete all aspects of training on all network components. Must be current in the use of Windows 2000 and remote access on personal laptop computers.
