James is a talented Communication expert who started into the field in 1993 when he joined the Air Force as a Terestrial Microwave and Satellite Communications Craftsman. James has ben an asset to many major corporations including AT&T, Global Crossing and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation where at present he is a communication, instrumentation and electrical testing expert at the Folsom Dam, a major hydro-electric power plant. While excelling to the top of his field, James has managed to raise a family, serve his country in Iraq, complete his Bachelor of Science Degree in the area of Information Technology, and establish a successful small business enterprise.

Don is a talented power system electrician who completed a formal apprenticeship in 1986 with the Federal government, He obtained and started his first private venture as a contractor in 2001, and has continued his Federal career with the Department of Interior as a Power system electrician at Folsom Dam, a major hydro power plant and Distribution center. Don is an expert in Generation, Complex Controls, Protection, Lighting, and the Electrical field.
